Xaviette has been an entrepreneur and consultant with over 15 years of business development experience. She has extensive experience helping others turn their visions into established and thriving business entities. In addition to her entrepreneurial endeavors, Xaviette is a dual pharma professional with a background in patient advocacy and education administration. Boss Wives is her newest venture after supporting her husband in his business endeavors, taking him from start-up to generating six figures in sales in less than 24 months. As a wife, mother, and business owner, Xaviette desires to share her strategies and resources and build a sense of community for wives, too.
